At Ashburn we understand first impressions count therefore have trained all our consultants to the highest standard to take quality professional photos with the latest DSLR / mirrorless cameras. The floorplans are also created as standard to ensure that each buyer knows the layout/potential of the property before viewing

Viewings & Feedback

Ashburn will qualify all potential buyers and arrange all your appointments at your convenience. Feedback will be nothing but prompt.

Offer Negotiation

Offer negotiation is transparent. Simply leave it to us, or negotiate yourselves. We will ensure that every offer we receive is verified and qualified for ability to proceed, and that you remain in full control of accepting or rejecting an offer.
